GTC
I. General information
The following general terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and services of Flecht- und Seilerei Brockamp GmbH. Any deviations must be made in writing.
II Conclusion of contract and delivery
1. you can order all products of Flecht- und Seilerei Brockamp GmbH from the catalog, from the Internet store or on site, by e-mail, post, telephone, fax or via the Internet.
2 All offers are always subject to change. Conclusion of contracts and other agreements shall become binding upon confirmation by the Seller or upon dispatch of the goods. Subsidiary agreements must be made in writing.
3. in the case of items that are not or not immediately available, the customer will receive a cancellation or a delivery date from when the goods will be available again. In this case, the customer can decide whether he still wants to confirm the ordered item on the delivery date stated or he can withdraw from the contract in this respect.
4. the seller expressly reserves the right to make price changes and technical changes, errors or misprints. Liability in this respect is excluded.
5 Delivery shall be made by Flecht- und Seilerei Brockamp GmbH within approximately one week in sturdy packaging by post, parcel service or forwarding agent. Claims for damages due to delayed deliveries are excluded.
III Prices and shipping costs
1. the prices apply as they are stated in the catalog or in the Internet store at the time of the order or as they are confirmed by the seller. Errors excepted.
2 The prices include the value-added tax applicable at the time of the order.
3. net prices are agreed for sales to commercial customers, dealers and resellers. The prices are then subject to statutory value added tax.
4 Delivery is ex works. For deliveries, the actual shipping costs incurred will be charged according to weight.
IV. Payment
1. payment for the delivered goods shall be made by direct debit, Visa or Mastercard or cash on delivery.
2. the buyer shall bear the cash on delivery costs.
3. when ordering via the Internet or e-mail, we expressly ask you to send your bank details or card details (card number, holder, expiry date), which are essential for payment, separately by fax or telephone.
4 In individual cases, payment against invoice can be agreed. You then undertake to pay the invoice amount within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to claim reminder costs.
5. for sales to dealers and resellers, a payment period of 30 days after invoicing or within 10 days with 2 % discount applies.
V. Retention of title
1. the delivered goods shall remain the property of Flecht- und Seilerei Brockamp GmbH until payment has been made in full.
VI Right of withdrawal and return
1. you can revoke your contractual declaration within one month without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline - by returning the goods.
2. the period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient.
3. the timely dispatch of the revocation or goods is sufficient to comply with the revocation period.

5. in the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits (interest) must be surrendered
6. if you are unable to return the service received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as would have been possible in a store, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as if it were your property and refraining from doing anything that could impair its value.
7. items that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You must bear the costs of the return shipment if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the item, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge for you.
8. items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you.
9. obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the goods, for us with their receipt.
10. there is no right of withdrawal for the delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to customer requirements or customer specifications or that have been adapted to personal needs and customer requirements. This also applies to goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
11. dealers and resellers have no right of revocation and return according to § 312 d BGB.
VII Warranty
1. the goods supplied by Flecht- und Seilerei Brockamp GmbH are subject to high quality standards.
2. if the delivered goods nevertheless do not have the agreed quality or if they are defective at the time of purchase, the seller shall generally provide subsequent performance by delivering a defect-free item. If the subsequent performance fails, the buyer may reduce the purchase price appropriately or withdraw from the contract.
3. the limitation period for the assertion of the aforementioned warranty claims is two years from delivery
4. in the case of legal transactions with commercial customers, dealers and resellers, the warranty claims and limitation periods shall follow the statutory provisions.
IX. Final provisions
1. all personal data stored for order processing will not be passed on, but treated confidentially.
